  • Friday 8th September The Facts and Fiction of Fracking A talk with Dr Julie Richardson 7.30pm Crowcombe Village Hall If you are concerned about the impact of hydraulic fracturing on our landscape, come and learn the true facts. Entrance £5 including a glass of wine and nibbles. No need to book in advance.
  • Saturday 21 October Fungi Foray at Durborough Farm, Aisholt Meet at the Farm at 2.30pm. Whether you want to know more about identifying fungi or would simply like to enjoy a walk through this environmentally-friendly farm set in a stunning landscape. The walk will be followed by tea and cake in the farmhouse kitchen.*
