Quantock Hills Walking Festival, 7th-11th June. Hosted by Stowey Walking & Walkers are Welcome.

Stowey Walking, and Walkers are Welcome, will be holding their fifth walking festival this summer. There will be a variety of walks to suit all abilities. Many of the walks will have a theme with local experts leading each walk. Wednesday June 7th Photo Walk: A Fyne Folly! Butterfly Identification Walk, Sunday 11th June, 2pm, Cothelstone Hill. Hosted by the Quantock Hills AONB team. 

Join Mark Baker, AONB Projects Manager for an introduction to some of the splendid butterflies to be seen on the Quantock Hills. Learn about how to identify butterflies, the habitats that different species need and what the Quantock Hills AONB Service has been doing to encourage greater butterfly numbers. More information & booking.
